USE
MULTICUT MICRO SP 51 has been specially manufactured for use in the micro-spraying technique. Sophisticated ingredients cause slight spraying and slight evaporation. The base liquid depolymers at 280 °C to 360 °C and leaves no cracking residues.
MULTICUT MICRO SP 51 based on the high proportion of refining additives is particularly suitable for cutting steel and aluminum in the area of lubrication with minimal quantities. The product is conditionally suitable for processing non-ferrous metals. Application devices should not be equipped with copper wires.

Degreasing
Based on our experience, we can say that commonly known cleaning agents, such as water-alkaline solvents, neutral and hydrocarbon cleaning agents, can be used for degreasing with MULTICUT MICRO SP 51.
Cleaning results depend on the machining time, complexity, contamination level of the parts being cleaned, cleaning system and the temperature of the cleaning agent. Water-alkaline and neutral cleaning agents usually require temperatures above 60 °C.
Storage
Recommended storage temperature above 5 °C. Compaction due to low temperature storage is reversible.
