Product description
Emulkol EKO - coolant concentrate, containing deeply refined mineral oil, lubricants, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, biocide and anti-foam additive. Has a weak effect on the skin. Even after strong dilution, the agent has excellent processing properties. It contains about 20% of mineral oil.
Usage
Emulkol EKO is designed for machining steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum and their alloys.
Depending on the processing conditions, the recommended concentrations are:

System preparation
It is very important that the entire system is cleaned and sanitized before using a new coolant. It is important to remove sludge and sediment that are the habitat of microorganisms. The system is cleaned with a 1-3% Grotanol SR-1 solution (work for 12 hours in the system, without treatment).
Storage
Emulkol EKO can be stored in steel or polyethylene packaging at a temperature of -15 ° C to 40 ° C for one year, protected against water and contamination.
