TYTAN Professional Neutral Building Silicone 280 ml – clear sealant for joints and gaps
TYTAN Professional Clear Neutral Building Silicone is designed for sealing joints, gaps and movement joints, including sealing work during window and door installation. Once cured, it forms a flexible, watertight, non-shrinking seal resistant to UV radiation and weathering. Its neutral curing system makes it virtually odourless.

This product is intended exclusively for professional users and is not offered to consumers. It is labelled H350: “May cause cancer.” Read the label and safety data sheet before use, and wear the specified protective equipment.

- Sealing building joints, gaps and movement joints.
- Sealing work during window and door installation.
- Sealing suitably prepared concrete, brick, wood, glass, glazed tile, steel and aluminium surfaces.

Surface preparation and limitations
Surfaces must be clean and dry, free from dust, grease, paint and loose remnants of old sealant. A preliminary adhesion test is advisable on the intended substrate. Do not apply to damp surfaces.
Do not use on natural stone joints, including marble and granite, or on the reflective backing of mirrors, copper or copper alloys. The product is unsuitable for PP and PE, bituminous surfaces and substrates that release oils or plasticisers. It must not be used for aquariums or terrariums, structural glazing, joints continuously immersed in water, or applications involving food contact. Silicone joints cannot be painted.

Store in the original packaging in a dry place at 0°C to +25°C. Protect from frost and overheating. The expiry date and batch number are marked on the packaging.

Yes. Once cured, the seal is resistant to UV radiation and weathering.
Is it suitable for sealing around windows and doors?
Yes. The manufacturer lists sealing work during window and door installation as an application. Clean and dry the substrate before use.
Can it be used on marble or mirrors?
No. The technical data sheet excludes natural stone joints and the reflective backing of mirrors.
Does it adhere to PP and PE?
