Description

Sika Primer-207 black 100 ml is a one-component, solvent-based polyurethane primer designed to enhance adhesion of Sika one-component sealants and adhesives on a variety of substrates. By forming a thin, moisture-reactive film, it ensures durable bonding on glass, ceramic coatings, plastics, metals and painted surfaces.

Instructions for Use

  1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, oils and grease.
  2. Shake the container until the mixing ball moves freely, then continue shaking for 1 minute.
  3. Apply one thin, covering coat using a brush or felt/foam applicator.
  4. Allow solvent to flash off for approx. 10 minutes at ≥ 5 °C.
  5. After up to 24 hours, the primed substrate is ready for application of Sika sealant or adhesive.
  6. Close container tightly immediately after use to avoid solvent loss.

Storage Recommendations

Store upright in a cool, dry place at ≤ 25 °C. Use 100 ml packaging within 9 months of production. :contentReference
