Description

Termopasty Solder Paste 20 ml rosin-based soldering flux

Termopasty Solder Paste 20 ml is a medium-active soldering paste based on rosin with an organic halogen activator. The product supports the soldering process, helps create reliable joints and helps prevent corrosion on non-ferrous metals.

The 20 ml version in a metal tin is the current manufacturer packaging for article number ART.AGT-036. It is the smallest capacity in this series, intended mainly for minor repairs, smaller projects, electronics servicing and work where precision and easy storage are important.

Applications of Termopasty Solder Paste 20 ml

Termopasty Solder Paste is intended for soldering components made of copper, silver-plated, nickel-plated and zinc-plated materials. It can be used for soldering and tinning components in radio and telecommunications engineering, as well as during the assembly of electrical devices.

The product is suitable wherever rosin alone may be insufficient and stronger support for the soldering process is required. The paste helps prepare the surface, improves wetting of soldered components and reduces problems caused by metal oxidation during work.

What distinguishes Termopasty Solder Paste 20 ml

The product is based on rosin and an organic halogen activator. This formula supports effective soldering of non-ferrous metal components and helps create a proper solder joint. The paste complies with ISO 9454-1 type 1134 and J-STD-004 ROL0.

The paste is insoluble in water, so after soldering the manufacturer recommends removing residues with an alcohol-based cleaner. This helps keep the working area cleaner and limits flux residues left on the surface.

When to choose Solder Paste 20 ml

The 20 ml version is worth choosing when soldering paste is needed for small, precise or occasional soldering work. It is a practical choice for electronics servicing, PCB repairs, hobby workshops and workstations where a small and convenient package is preferred.

If the product is used more frequently, the 40 ml version may be a better choice. For regular and more intensive use, the 100 ml version is worth considering.

Important information before use

Termopasty Solder Paste acts as a flux paste supporting soldering. It is not an Easy Print type solder paste containing powdered solder alloy, so it does not replace tin, solder wire or any other solder alloy. A suitable solder must be used to make the joint.

The product should be used according to its intended purpose and with appropriate safety precautions for preparations used in soldering. Before use, it is recommended to read the technical data sheet and safety data sheet provided by the manufacturer.

How to use Termopasty Solder Paste

Apply a small amount of soldering paste to the joint area. Then apply the solder and use a soldering iron to melt the paste and allow a reliable joint to form. After soldering, paste residues can be removed with an alcohol-based cleaner.

The product may be applied directly from the packaging, mechanically or using a soldering mask, depending on the type of work and process requirements.

FAQ

Is AGT-036 currently 20 g or 20 ml?

The current manufacturer version for ART.AGT-036 is Solder Paste 20 ml in a metal tin. Older product names may still include 20 g, so the current 20 ml unit should be used in the store.

Does Termopasty Solder Paste 20 ml contain tin?

No. This is not an Easy Print type solder paste with powdered solder alloy. The product acts as a flux paste supporting soldering, so a suitable solder must be used to make the joint.

Which metals can Termopasty Solder Paste be used on?

The product is intended for soldering copper, silver-plated, zinc-plated and nickel-plated components. It is also suitable for soldering and tinning components in radio and telecommunications engineering.

Should paste residues be removed after soldering?

Yes. The manufacturer recommends removing paste residues with an alcohol-based cleaner after soldering. The paste is not soluble in water.

How does the 20 ml package differ from 40 ml and 100 ml versions?

The 20 ml package is the smallest version in this series. It is suitable for small, precise and occasional work, while the 40 ml and 100 ml versions are more convenient for frequent soldering.

Is Solder Paste 20 ml suitable for electronics servicing?

Yes. The product can be used in electronics servicing, workshops, radio engineering, telecommunications and electrical device assembly.

How should Termopasty Solder Paste 20 ml be stored?

Store the product in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The packaging should be tightly closed when the product is not in use.
