Transol 220 1000L industrial gear oil lubrication of mechanical gears, industrial equipment, rolling and plain bearings, anti-foaming, anti-corrosion, antioxidant
Description
Transol 220 oils for industrial gears are obtained from selectively refined mineral oils, they contain lead-free additives improving lubricating properties (sulphur-phosphorus type) and a set of additives with anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, anti-foam and demulsifying properties.
< br />They are characterized by:
• they protect individual parts of the transmission, i.e. gears, rolling and slide bearings, against excessive mechanical wear during operation,
• they protect structural elements of the transmission against corrosion made of steel and non-ferrous metals against the chemical impact of active components of the oil and its oxidation products,
• due to high thermo-oxidative stability, they enable long-term operation at elevated temperatures without losing their properties,
• the applied anti-foam and demulsifying additives prevent the reduction of lubricating properties oil due to the formation of persistent foam and oil-in-water emulsion.
Application
Transol 220 oils are intended for the lubrication of medium-duty mechanical gears of industrial equipment, often transferring shock loads, e.g. steam and gas, in machines used in the paper industry and in other devices, at temperatures up to 100oC, requiring the use of oils with increased load-bearing capacity of the lubricating layer (oils contain EP - Extreme Pressure additives), good thermo-oxidative stability when used at higher temperatures and good anti-corrosion (against iron and non-ferrous metals) and demulsifying properties.
Transol 220 oils can be used in cases where gears are exposed to aggressive environmental action (steam, corrosive gases), as well as when devices are exposed to changing ambient temperatures (cranes, winches, etc.).
