Orlen gear oil for use in industrial gears. The product has additives that improve its lubricating properties, anti-corrosion, anti-foam, demulsifying additives and extend its durability.

Properties of Transol CLP 150 1000l

• protection of transmission elements, such as: bearings, gears against degradation as a result of operation and impact loads
• anti-corrosion protection of steel and non-ferrous metal gear structures against the effects of compounds formed as a result of oxidation of oil components and the active additives themselves
• stable operation, long-term operation even at high temperatures without lowering and losing its properties
• a special package of additives prevents the formation of foam and oil emulsification, which reduce the parameters of gear oils

Application

Transol CLP 150 is a product for use in heavily loaded industrial mechanical gears, which are often subjected to shock loads, e.g. in metallurgy, construction, cement plants, lifts, shipbuilding, machine tools, turbines, paper industry, etc.

The product is intended for use at temperatures up to 120^oC, in places requiring oils with EP additives that increase the resistance of the lubricating film to extreme loads.

Can be used in gears exposed to aggressive environmental factors, such as steam, corrosive gases, temperature changes.
