Weldyx Multi Power 1 transparent 50ml 1:1

Transparent two-component glue, fast curing, for plastics, metals and glass.

Application

Very well bonds composites such as PDCPD Telen, vinyl esters, epoxy resin, glass fiber reinforced plastics, most plastics except PP and PE, metals, steel and aluminum.

Excellent for bonding glass and transparent plastics, especially recommended for the advertising industry.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surfaces to be glued should always be free of dust, oil, grease and other contaminants. Each surface, even if it looks clean, usually contains various types of residues. We recommend that you always clean and degrease the surface before gluing. To select the right product, please contact our consultants.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Follow the instructions on the label or contact Melkib-bis s.c.. Place the cartridge in the dispensing gun. Open the cartridge. Squeeze a small amount of glue to make sure that both components flow out. Place the mixing tip on the cartridge. Then squeeze a small amount of glue through it until it has a uniform consistency and color - the components will be evenly mixed. In the case of using recently opened containers, or older ones, perform a test to verify the quality of the product. Squeeze the appropriate amount of glue onto the parts so that after squeezing the elements, the layer of glue is at least 1 mm thick. Note that the glue comes out (on the sides) to ensure that the gap is completely filled. Prevent the parts from moving during the curing process. Excessive pressure on the parts can negatively affect the quantity and thickness of the adhesive layer, and thus the quality and strength of the connection. If in doubt that the adhesive layer will be too thin, you can use washers (e.g. a paper clip, a piece of wire). Before removing the elements that stabilize the connection, check whether the adhesive has hardened on the sides, for example with your fingernail.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

The shelf life of components A and B in unopened containers is approx. 6 months from the date of production. The time given applies to storage in constant conditions at temperatures from +13 °C to +27 °C. If the product is exposed to temperatures above +27 °C, the permissible storage time is significantly reduced. Exposing the product to temperatures above +38 °C during transport or storage may lead to rapid degradation of component B. The storage time can be extended by storing in air-conditioned rooms or in cold stores at a temperature of +10 °C to +18 °C. The product must be protected from frost!
