CRC Anti-Spatter is a preparation that helps prevent welding spatter from adhering to metal surfaces during welding. It helps reduce the need for chipping, grinding or brushing after welding and prevents clogging of automatic and semi-automatic welding equipment.
APPLICATION
- Welded components;
- Holders, nozzles and torches;
- Automatic and semi-automatic welding equipment;
- Welding robots.

- The aerosol has a 360° valve for spraying when the can is inverted; it uses CO₂ as the propellant and contains 97% active product.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Apply a thin, even layer to the surfaces to be welded;
- Spray the inside of the nozzle before welding. Repeat as necessary;
- Spatter can be wiped off with a cloth;
- Any remaining film can be removed using CRC Industrial Degreaser or CRC Fast Dry Degreaser;
- Ensure ventilation during welding.
