Application instructions
Surface preparation:
The bonded surfaces should be clean, dry and degreased. It is recommended to use WEICON Surface Cleaner and to slightly roughen the surface to increase adhesion.
Gluing process:
1. Stir the adhesive thoroughly before use.
2. Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to both surfaces with a brush or spatula.
3. Wait 5-15 minutes for the solvent to evaporate (the surface should be dry but still slightly sticky).
4. Connect the glued elements and press with great force for a short time.
5. Leave to harden completely for 24 hours.
Storage and maintenance
To ensure long durability and the highest quality of GMK 2410 adhesive, the following recommendations should be observed:
- Store at a temperature between +15°C and +25°C
- Protect from frost and direct sunlight
- Keep container tightly closed
- Keep away from heat and flame sources
- Shelf life in unopened packaging is 12 months
