Properties of coolant Orlen ES-12
- product miscible with water
- contains emulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors
- does not contain nitrites, chlorine, heavy metals, phenols and formaldehydes
Use
Orlen ES-12 is used in the form of emulsions in machining steel, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as cast iron.
The recommended concentrations depend on the type of material to be treated and the type of treatment itself. Suggested concentrations:
- grinding - from 3 to 5%
- turning, milling, drilling - from 5 to 10%
- threading - from 10 to 15%
Standards and approvals
It has the PZH certificate. EMULGOL ES 12 meets the requirements of ISO 6443/7 (PN-90/C-96099/10) (classification of machining fluids of the L-M group)-L-MAA
