Properties of Orlen ES-12 coolant
- water-miscible product
- contains emulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors
- free of nitrites, chlorine, heavy metals, phenols and formaldehydes
Application
Orlen ES-12 is used in the form of an emulsion for machining of steel, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, and cast iron.
Recommended concentrations depend on the type of material being processed and the type of processing itself. Suggested concentrations:
- grinding - from 3 to 5%
- turning, milling, drilling - from 5 to 10%
- threading - from 10 to 15%
Standards and approvals
It is certified by the Polish National Institute of Hygiene. EMULGOL ES 12 meets the requirements of ISO 6443/7 (PN-90/C-96099/10) (classification of cutting fluids of the L-M group)-L-MAA
