Description

Emulkol PS

- semi-synthetic coolant for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, brass, copper and aluminum. It has excellent water-emulsifying properties, which ensures high durability during processing and excellent cooling properties. along with a high level of lubrication. Special additives provide excellent corrosion protection and resistance to biological degradation.

Usage

- universal refrigerant for use in machining metals and polishing steel sheets. It works perfectly in the process of shaping steel profiles, where they work in systems with a capacity of several dozen m3, ensuring excellent biological resistance during operation.

Depending on the processing conditions, the recommended concentrations are:

grinding 3-5%
rough turning 3-5%
