System features:
- Integrated Distribution System: The system is connected to an external compressed air source that regulates the delivery pressure and controls the delivery time.
- Easy to use: An opened LOCTITE bottle fits directly into the integrated tank and the tank cap snaps into place.
- Pressure Control: Air pressure in the tank compresses the liquid in the bottle and pushes it through the product delivery line to the dispensing valve.
- Precise dispensing: The amount of material dispensed is controlled by three main factors: tank pressure, how long the dispensing valve remains open, and the size of the dispensing needle.
- Application field: Thanks to the integrated low viscosity delivery system, it is possible to dispense anaerobic, UV curing and cyanoacrylate adhesives.
- Precision pressure regulator: The RC18 dispenser is equipped with a 00.7 bar (010 PSI) precision pressure regulator.
- Low Level Sensor: When the adhesive level in the tank is low, the system will beep to alert the operator. This information is also displayed on the screen.
