Fischer DuoXpand 10 x 200 FUS is a complete frame fixing for through installation. This Melkib sales variant contains 1 complete fixing: one DuoXpand 10 x 200 mm plug and one matching FUS screw Ø7.0 x 209 mm.

One complete DuoXpand fixing
SKU 00562173SZT does not contain the plastic plug alone. The product includes the plug together with the matching FUS screw, providing one complete fixing point.
The screw is made of electro-galvanized steel and features an SW13 hexagonal head, a TX40 recess and an integrated washer.
Four installation configurations for the 200 mm version
DuoXpand 10 x 200 FUS allows the anchorage depth to be selected according to the substrate and fixture thickness.
At an anchorage depth of 50 mm, the maximum fixture thickness is 150 mm. At 70 mm it is 130 mm, at 140 mm it is 60 mm, and at 160 mm it is 40 mm.
Two-component DuoXpand design
The plug combines two components with a specially designed expansion geometry. Its construction is designed to adapt the fixing behaviour to different building materials.
Longitudinal ribs help prevent the plug from rotating in the drill hole while the screw is tightened.
Applications
DuoXpand can be used for fastening substructures, brackets, metal components, windows, doors, beams, cabinets, ducts and cable trays within the scope defined by the applicable European Technical Assessment.
Permissible loads and installation conditions must be selected in accordance with ETA-21/0324 and, for applications covered by the seismic scope, ETA-22/0186.
Through installation
DuoXpand 10 x 200 FUS requires a 10 mm drill hole. The minimum drill hole depth for through installation is 210 mm.
