Fischer UltraCut FBS II 10 x 100 45/35/15 US is an electro-galvanized steel screw for direct fastening in concrete. The US version features an SW15 hexagonal head with an integrated washer, providing a larger bearing surface for fastening profiles, plates, brackets and other components.
Variant 536862 can be installed using three nominal anchorage depths. With an anchorage depth of 55 mm, the maximum fixture thickness is 45 mm; at 65 mm it is 35 mm; and at 85 mm it is 15 mm. The designation 45/35/15 in the product name therefore refers to the permitted fixture thicknesses, not to the anchorage depths.
Applications of UltraCut FBS II
The screw is primarily designed for fastening in concrete. Typical applications include railings, brackets and base plates, metal profiles, racking systems, protective barriers, thresholds and beams, formwork supports and temporary construction-site fixings.
