Greasen N-EP 00/000 semi-fluid Orlen grease based on lithium-calcium soap for rubbing joints in cars, heavy vehicles, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, thermal stability

Greasen N-EP 00/000 greases  are semi-fluid greases based on lithium-calcium soaps with consistency class NLGI 00/000. Their composition includes extreme pressure additives (EP), anti-wear additives (AW) and substances enhancing anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation protection. Greasen N-EP 00/000 grease is made of a high-quality mixture of naphthenic oils. Thanks to the lithium-calcium thickener they contain, they show excellent resistance to the effects of distilled and salt water.

• Corrosion protection: Anti-corrosion additives contained in the lubricant protect components from the damaging effects of moisture and corrosion, which contributes to extending the life of the parts.
• Antioxidant properties: the grease protects against oxidation processes, which prevents the formation of deposits and loss of lubricating properties under the influence of high temperatures or long-term use.
• Low Viscosity: Greasen N-EP 00/000 has a low viscosity for easy application while providing excellent lubrication

Use:

• Intended for the lubrication of friction pairs in passenger cars, trucks and buses
• Used in central lubrication systems at temperatures from -30°C to +90°C, temporarily up to 120°C
• Tough under heavy loads
• They remain fluid even at very low temperatures
• Man 283 Li-P 00/000 approved for universal lithium-calcium greases for periodic lubrication of rolling and plain bearings and for use in central lubrication systems according to DIN 75203

Storage method:

Greasen N-EP 00/000 greases should be stored in tightly closed containers, in a dry and cool place, away from sources of heat and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with moisture and ensure adequate ventilation of the storage room.
