Description

Hotemp Super Ch 2-100 is an advanced, synthetic high-temperature oil intended mainly for chain lubrication. This product is based on solvent-free, thermally stable, low-viscosity ester oil.

Properties:

Synthetic ester oil, solvent-free, low viscosity.
Thermally stable, can be used at high temperatures.
Provides excellent lubricating properties, good distribution and moisturizing, which translates into maximum machine operation time.
Characterized by low consumption, even at high temperatures, minimal losses due to evaporation.
Helps reduce oil consumption, which minimizes maintenance costs and keeps the lubrication system clean and free from solid deposits.
Improves the friction-to-wear ratio, which helps reduce production costs by reducing the electricity demand of drive units.

Application:

Ideal for lubrication in continuous presses producing chipboards.
Effectively releases and removes old residues and lubricant deposits, reduces and prevents chain contamination.
Can be used to lubricate all types of chains that require a low viscosity oil with good creeping ability and cleaning properties.

How to use:

The product is applied to roller chains and guide rollers in a separate lubrication circuit.
