Description

Hototemp 2000 is an advanced high-temperature grease whose formula was created to facilitate the lubrication processes of friction points that are usually lubricated by hand.

Properties:

The product is fully synthetic, contains ester oil and synthetic hydrocarbon oil.
It is clear and distinctive.
Stable at high temperatures, can be used up to approximately 230°C.
Provides good adhesion to friction points and long-lasting lubrication with minimal wear.
It is characterized by good creep and penetration ability, which translates into easier application and lower product consumption.
Centrifugation-resistant, minimizing the risk of environmental contamination.
The product is insoluble in water and has good washing resistance.

Application:

Ideal for lubrication points exposed to high temperatures and loads typical of chains.
Perfect for lubricating guides and gears.
Can be used on steel ropes.
Suitable for lubricating cams.
It works effectively on various friction points that are usually lubricated by hand, providing a long-lasting lubricant film even at very high temperatures.

How to use:

Can be applied manually, with a brush, or automatically using drip feeders or a spray system.
After application, it creates an adhesive lubricating film that is resistant to centrifugation and washing out with water.
