Hototemp 2000 is an advanced high-temperature grease whose formula was created to facilitate the lubrication processes of friction points that are usually lubricated by hand.
Properties:
- The product is fully synthetic, contains ester oil and synthetic hydrocarbon oil.
- It is clear and distinctive.
- Stable at high temperatures, can be used up to approximately 230°C.
- Provides good adhesion to friction points and long-lasting lubrication with minimal wear.
- It is characterized by good creep and penetration ability, which translates into easier application and lower product consumption.
- Centrifugation-resistant, minimizing the risk of environmental contamination.
- The product is insoluble in water and has good washing resistance.
Application:
- Ideal for lubrication points exposed to high temperatures and loads typical of chains.
- Perfect for lubricating guides and gears.
- Can be used on steel ropes.
- Suitable for lubricating cams.
- It works effectively on various friction points that are usually lubricated by hand, providing a long-lasting lubricant film even at very high temperatures.
How to use:
- Can be applied manually, with a brush, or automatically using drip feeders or a spray system.
- After application, it creates an adhesive lubricating film that is resistant to centrifugation and washing out with water.
