Kluber Petamo GHY 441 is a specialized lubricant, exceptionally useful in the heavy and machinery industry, thanks to its unique properties and abilities. It is based on ester oil and polyurea thickener, making it an efficient alternative to mineral oil-based products, while offering longer life and helping to reduce maintenance costs.
Properties:
- Proven grease that provides long-lasting lubrication, which translates into less maintenance and higher reliability.
- Protects against wear, which translates into longer bearing life.
- Helps prevent premature bearing failure and helps reduce maintenance costs.
- Thanks to the synthetic lubricant formula, it is resistant to oxidation and aging.
Application:
- Ideal for the lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings subject to high loads and temperatures.
- Primarily used for large roller bearings, it is highly effective in general purpose machinery, electric motors, conveyor rollers, roller bearings and continuous wood presses.
How to use:
- The grease can be applied by spatula, brush, grease gun or central lubrication systems.
- Before first use, check compatibility with currently used greases and clean the bearings if necessary.
