Description

Kluber BE 31-222 is an advanced grease based on mineral oil and special calcium soap that offers exceptional protection and performance in demanding industrial conditions. It is exceptionally resistant to high mechanical and dynamic loads, demonstrating excellent adhesion to various materials.

Properties:

The grease has a unique ability to absorb and dissipate high loads, which helps to minimize the wear of components and extend their service life.
Resistant to various media, water and steam, which makes it an ideal choice for use in difficult environmental conditions.
The grease is characterized by good resistance to oxidation and aging, which allows extending the periods between subsequent lubrications, contributing to the reduction of operating costs.

Application:

Ideal for the lubrication of various components such as rolling and plain bearings, joints, small gears and as a sealing grease in labyrinth seals and industrial fittings.
Used in many sectors including the automotive, textile, paper, agricultural, food industries and in devices such as electric motors, fans and pumps.
