Description

Kluberplex BEM 34-132 is an advanced product that provides exceptional protection and long service life of rolling bearings and other complex mechanical components, especially those exposed to intense vibrations and loads.

Properties:

Offers reliable operation based on many years of experience in the lubrication of rolling bearings operating in difficult conditions.
Increases the service life of rolling bearings through effective protection against wear, even in conditions of vibration and oscillation.
Provides long-lasting protection against corrosion and is resistant to various chemical media.
Available in various package sizes, which allows it to be adapted to individual needs.
It is resistant to water and steam as well as many acid and alkali solutions, which makes it universal in use.

Application:

Ideal for use in ball bearings, linear guides and ball screws that are subject to oscillating motion, heavy loads and vibration.
It is used in various fields, such as the automotive and machinery industry, which is used, among others, in wheel bearings, shock absorber bearings and pump bearings.
Can also be used as a sealing grease in rolling bearings.

How to use:

The grease can be applied using various methods, such as using a spatula, a brush or rather a grease gun.
The product is compatible with automatic lubrication systems, but it is recommended to check its pumpability first.
