Klüberlub BE 41-1501 is a grease that has been specially developed to meet the challenges of extreme loads and slow rotational speeds in various industrial applications. Its advanced formula offers exceptional protection and performance, even in the most demanding operating conditions.
Properties:
- Excellent protection against wear under high dynamic loads.
- Ability to carry significant loads at low rotational speeds.
- Reliable continuity of the lubricant film, even at high temperatures.
- Offers emergency lubrication thanks to special solid lubricants.
- Emergency lubrication is enabled by additional solid lubricants, which increases process reliability in conditions of insufficient lubrication.
- The product is approved by leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM), which confirms its high quality and reliability.
- The effectiveness of the grease has been confirmed by various tests, including tests on rolling bearing test benches.
Application:
- Developed mainly for the lubrication of highly loaded and slowly rotating large rolling bearings and gears.
- Ideal for lubrication in the mining and mineral resources industries, especially in applications such as roller bearings and rotary crushers.
How to use:
- Lubrication can be performed using an automatic lubrication pump, preferably at an ambient temperature of >15°C
- Prior to use in series production, it is recommended to test the grease's compatibility with selected plastics and elastomers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
