Product description
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is an innovative synthetic grease designed for high-temperature industrial applications, such as rolling bearings. This product's patented formula includes PFPE and ester oils that combine to provide exceptional lubrication properties with extended service life and significant operational savings.
Properties:
- Contains PFPE oils that are extremely resistant to aging, increasing the life of the grease.
- Thanks to special technology, operating costs are much lower compared to standard perfluoropolyether greases.
- The grease is compatible with conventional greases, eliminating the need for expensive cleaning when changing grease types.
- The low density of the product ensures higher performance compared to traditional fluorinated greases.
Application:
- Ideal for use in rolling bearings and guides operating at high temperatures (up to 220°C) and under heavy loads.
- Especially useful in the paper and cellulose industries, the wood board, rubber and plastics industries, as well as in rolling bearings in drum dryers.
How to use:
- The grease can be applied directly to the rolling bearings, without the need for prior cleaning, even if other types of grease have been used before.
- Before the first application, it is recommended to remove all anti-corrosion agents from the places to be lubricated to ensure better adhesion of the product.
- To obtain optimal results and extend the life of the grease, it is recommended to contact specialists for additional tips and recommendations.
