Description

Klübersynth BHP 72-102 is an advanced synthetic long-term lubricant, designed using innovative ester oils and perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE). This product is a response to the requirements of users who want to protect and increase the durability of their components, even in the most demanding conditions.

Properties:

Long component life, even in extreme temperatures and difficult weather conditions.
High resistance to corrosion, vibration and heavy loads.
Excellent water resistance and thermal stability.
Effective lubrication in the temperature range from -40°C to 200°C

Application:

Ideal for the lubrication of rolling bearings exposed to heavy loads, used in various applications such as car engines.
Application in various components such as bearings, visco-couplings, belt tensioners, water pumps, fans and servo motors.
Specially designed to offer long-term protection and lubrication, increasing the economic efficiency of operations.

How to use:

The product can be applied using standard methods, such as brushes, spatulas or lubricants.
For best results, the bearing should be clean and free of other fluids or grease.
Before applying a new grease, it is recommended to check its compatibility with previously used lubricants or anti-corrosion agents.
