Molykote BG 20
Molykote BG 20 is a high performance synthetic grease designed for metal/metal applications, particularly where fast movements and medium to high loads occur. Due to its unique properties, this grease is ideal for long-term lubrication in difficult operating conditions, such as high rotational speeds and variable temperatures.
Application
- Lubrication of clutch bearings, blowers, calender roll bearings and electric motor bearings
- Use in lubrication points exposed to medium and high loads and high rotational speeds
- Ideal for operation in a wide temperature range
Properties
- High load-bearing capacity
- Low oil evaporation and low tendency to oxidation, which ensures long-term lubrication
- Wide operating temperature range: from -45°C to +180°C (short-term up to +200°C)
- Suitable for very high rotational speeds (value DN up to 750,000)
- Lead and nickel free

Storage and use recommendations
- Store in original sealed container, at a temperature below 20°C
- Shelf life is 60 months from the date of production
- Clean lubrication points before use
- Can be applied with a brush, spatula, grease gun or automatic lubrication device
- The product is suitable for use in central lubrication systems
