Description
Molykote BG 20 is a specialty grease with high performance, which is ideal for the lubrication of mechanical components subjected to heavy loads and high temperatures. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons.
Properties:
- High temperature resistance - can operate without losing its lubricating properties from -45°C to 180°C, making it ideal for high temperature industrial applications.
- Excellent corrosion protection - provides effective protection against corrosion and oxidation of metal components, which contributes to their longer life.
- High resistance to loads and pressures - it is characterized by high resistance to loads and pressures, making it ideal for lubrication of mechanical elements subjected to heavy loads.
- High adhesion to lubricated surfaces - has high adhesion to lubricated surfaces, which prevents the grease from sliding off the lubricated elements.
- Resistant to water and some chemicals - it is resistant to water, steam and some chemicals, making it an effective lubricant in a variety of environmental conditions.
Usage:
- Lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings, especially where high loads and temperatures occur
- Lubrication of gears, chains, racks, mechanical elements
- Protection against corrosion and oxidation of metal elements
Storage method:
- The product should be stored in a dry and cool place
- Do not expose it to direct sunlight or high temperatures
- Do not store it near open flames or other fire sources
- Molykote BG 20 containers should be stored upright and tightly closed.
