Kluber Summit R 200 oil for refrigeration compressors based on polyalphaolefin
Description
Kluber Summit R200 is a specialized oil intended for the lubrication of refrigeration compressors. The product is based on polyalphaolefins, does not contain paraffin and guarantees excellent consistency at low temperatures, which makes it an ideal solution for the operation of refrigeration compressors. It is a reliable and economical oil that complies with international safety and quality standards, ideal for use in a variety of industries.
Properties:
- The product complies with standards, which allows it to be safely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
- Long drain intervals and low oil consumption lead to reduced operating costs.
- The oil minimizes the deposition of contaminants and maintains appropriate viscosity for a long time, ensuring long and failure-free operation of refrigeration equipment.
- Efficient operation at evaporation temperatures down to -50°C.
Application:
- Ideal for high-pressure screw and piston compressors, especially those working with ammonia.
- Can be used with natural hydrocarbon-based refrigerants such as propane, propylene or butane, taking into account gas specifications and solubility.
- Safe in contact with food and pharmaceutical products.
How to use:
- Before introducing new Klüber Summit R200 oil, used oil (preferably warm) should be completely removed from the lubrication system.
- When changing the oil, it is also recommended to replace all oil filters and separators with new ones.
- Remains of old oil should be thoroughly removed from the cooling system.
- After completing the above steps, you can start filling the system with fresh Klüber Summit R200 oil.
