Shell Refrigeration Oil S4 FR-F 68 is a synthetic oil designed for compressors in refrigeration systems where the use of R 134a or other HFC gears is required. The oil has very high temperature and oxidation stability, which results in extended service life in compressors with very high efficiency.
Compressor oil is a good product to reduce the wear of the most vulnerable refrigeration parts, such as bearings or pistons.
