Product description
Kluber Wolfracoat C Fluid is a specialized, viscous lubricant and anti-adhesive agent, adapted to work at high temperatures and harsh industrial conditions. Formulated with a combination of mineral and ester oils, it also contains solid lubricants and metallic powders, which allows it to operate effectively even under very high thermal loads.
Properties:
- Provides excellent anti-corrosion protection, which translates into extended component life.
- Low product consumption, which leads to lower costs and increased efficiency.
- It is easy to apply, reducing maintenance time.
- Possibility to optimize inventory thanks to availability in various capacities.
Application:
- Ideal for use in industrial materials industries such as chemical, cement and ore processing, especially in rotary kilns.
- Recommended for lubricating surfaces exposed to high temperatures and heavy loads, such as support rings or sliding elements of the furnace shell.
- It can also be used to lubricate pouring vats in the steel industry and in threaded connections when using screws and bolts at high temperatures.
How to use:
- The product is ready for use after vigorous mixing and can be applied using a Klübermatic KD spray device or a brush.
- Applied to the area between the ring and the furnace shell, it is recommended to lubricate it once a week, using 2-3 liters of the product.
- The product should be mixed well before application, as solid ingredients may settle during storage.
