Kluberfood NH1 64-422 is a specialized lubricant created for the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and animal feed industries. Formulated with synthetic oil and silicates, this unique grease offers long life and excellent protection for rolling bearings, even in demanding production conditions.
Properties:
- Guarantees protection against wear and extends the life of components.
- Protects bearing seals against moisture, which increases operational reliability and safety.
- Ensures that the product meets stringent hygiene requirements applicable to production processes.
Application:
- Ideal for lubricating rolling bearings in machines and devices for the production of cereals, flour, feed and in other industrial applications.
- Designed for conditions where contact of grease with food products is unavoidable.
How to use:
- The grease can be applied using various devices, such as trowels or piston grease guns.
- Before lubricating Kluberfood NH1 64-422, the friction areas should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure optimal lubrication conditions in accordance with the H1 hygiene standard.
- If for some reason cleaning is impossible, it is recommended to replace the grease by relubricating.
- When checking the miscibility of the grease and determining lubrication conditions, the manufacturer offers assistance and consultations.
