Kluberlub NH1 11-222 is a versatile lubricant designed to meet the requirements of the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Contains a combination of paraffin mineral oil and aluminum complex soap, which guarantees effectiveness and reliability in a variety of applications.
Properties:
- Versatile use, which allows you to reduce the range of lubricants.
- Exhibits good water resistance, offering better surface protection than traditional EP 2 lithium greases.
- It is NSF-H1 certified and complies with the ISO 21469 standard, which supports compliance with hygiene standards.

Application:
- Ideal for use in machines and devices in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
- It can be used in places where accidental contact with food products is possible, e.g. in rolling and sliding bearings, lifting cylinders and seals.
How to use:
- Can be applied using various methods, such as brushes, spatulas or piston grease guns.
- Prior to application, surfaces requiring lubrication should be thoroughly cleaned to meet the hygienic standards of the H1 category.
- If complete cleaning is not possible, the old grease can be gradually removed during subsequent grease applications.
- The product is compatible with automatic lubricant dispensers, which can be determined by consulting Klüber Lubrication experts.
