Description

Kluberlub NH1 11-222 is a versatile lubricant designed to meet the requirements of the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Contains a combination of paraffin mineral oil and aluminum complex soap, which guarantees effectiveness and reliability in a variety of applications.

Properties:

Versatile use, which allows you to reduce the range of lubricants.
Exhibits good water resistance, offering better surface protection than traditional EP 2 lithium greases.
It is NSF-H1 certified and complies with the ISO 21469 standard, which supports compliance with hygiene standards.

Safety of production processes, while maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards.

Application:

Ideal for use in machines and devices in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
It can be used in places where accidental contact with food products is possible, e.g. in rolling and sliding bearings, lifting cylinders and seals.

How to use:

Can be applied using various methods, such as brushes, spatulas or piston grease guns.
Prior to application, surfaces requiring lubrication should be thoroughly cleaned to meet the hygienic standards of the H1 category.
If complete cleaning is not possible, the old grease can be gradually removed during subsequent grease applications.
The product is compatible with automatic lubricant dispensers, which can be determined by consulting Klüber Lubrication experts.
