Product description
Kluberplus SK 11-299 is an advanced lubricating wax intended mainly for the protection and lubrication of steel joint chains. This unique product, developed on the basis of hydrocarbons and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, provides reliable protection in the most difficult environmental conditions.
Properties:
- Creates a dry, non-sticky layer that protects against wear and corrosion.
- Adheres perfectly to lubricated surfaces, offering long-lasting protection.
- Exhibits exceptional water resistance, providing protection even in direct contact with water.
Application:
- Specially designed for the lubrication of steel articulated chains that operate under difficult conditions such as the presence of dust, dirt or moisture.
- Ideal for lubricating chains that operate at temperatures up to max. 60°C, leading to longer service lives.
How to use:
- For optimal results, during the first lubrication, the product should be applied using a warm bath method, with the temperature maintained between 90 and 100°C.
- The chains should remain submerged until no more air bubbles appear, ensuring full coverage.
- Subsequent lubrication can be carried out using conventional chain lubricants (except polyalkylene glycolene oils), adapting the application methods to specific needs.
