Properties

Loctite 4902 is a transparent, flexible instant adhesive that is perfect for bonding elements of medical utensils. It is more resistant to bending than standard cyanoacrylate adhesives, additionally it seals the joint. At the same time, it retains a high gluing rate. Meets the requirements of ISO 10993.

Instructions for use

For best results, clean and degrease with Loctite 7063
Improvement of adhesion can be achieved by using Loctite 770 primer
If you need to cure excess glue, use the Loctite 7455 activator
Join glued parts in seconds
Wait until the adhesive cures (full curing occurs after 24 - 72 h)
Joints should be thin - preferably up to 0.05 mm

Storage

Store in dry and cool rooms at temperatures between +2ºC and 8°C. If the product is stored in a place where temperatures other than those recommended are present, the product may irreversibly lose all its properties. Do not put the adhesive residue back into the original packaging as the entire product could become contaminated.
