Application of Loctite 8009
Heavy Duty Anti-Seize Loctite 8009 is a preparation containing graphite/calcium fluoride and not containing lead, copper, sulfur or their compounds. Heavy Duty Anti-Seize does not contain any pure metals
It is recommended as an anti-protection grease for applications at temperatures from -29 to +1315o C
The product is compatible with stainless steel and other nickel alloys.
The most common application:
- Screws, screws, double-sided screws, pipe joints, nuts, plugs, shafts, sleeves, tabs, drills, taps (and others, especially hard-to-machine alloys).
- Dies for extrusion and forming, heat exchangers, knives, bending machines, cold and hot forging machines, rotary crushers, turning fangs, mechanical seals, steel ropes.
- Application in chemical plants, refineries, power plants, paper factories, synthetic fiber factories, steel mills and foundries, in production and service plants of the shipbuilding and aviation industries, in the production and maintenance of machines, equipment, tools and instruments.
