LOCTITE PC 7218 is a two-component epoxy with ceramic filler. It is designed for metals. The product is perfectly suitable, among others, for:
- protection against gouging
- abrasion protection
- restoration of worn parts
LOCTITE PC 7218 is a product that quickly rebuilds heavily worn surfaces and areas in utility equipment and protects them from the harmful effects of chemicals.

Use

Instructions for use

- the surface should be cleaned, sanded and washed with LOCTITE 7063
- on vertical surfaces it is recommended to weld short joints of metal mesh
- measure 2 portions of resin per 1 portion of hardener
- if the resin temperature is 15 ºC or less, heat it to 30 ºC. It is important not to exceed the limit of 40 ºC
- apply the well-mixed material to the prepared surface. Start with a thin layer and then form the required thickness of 6 mm
- the shelf life of the material to be applied is 30 minutes
- when using the burner near a hardened product, use an approved breathing apparatus. Do not direct fire at the material

Storage

Leave in closed containers in a dry and cool room at a temperature of 8 to 28 ºC. The optimum temperature is in the range of 8 - 13 ºC.
