LOCTITE PC 7218 is a two-component epoxy with ceramic filler. It is designed for metals. The product is perfectly suitable, among others, for:

Use

LOCTITE PC 7218 has many applications, and is most often used for the regeneration of elbows and fittings, housing of cyclone dust collectors, dust collectors and exhaust fans, linings and impellers of pumps or chutes.

Instructions for use

- the surface should be cleaned, sanded and washed with LOCTITE 7063
- on vertical surfaces it is recommended to weld short joints of metal mesh
- measure 2 portions of resin per 1 portion of hardener
- if the resin temperature is 15 ºC or less, heat it to 30 ºC. It is important not to exceed the limit of 40 ºC
- apply the well-mixed material to the prepared surface. Start with a thin layer and then form the required thickness of 6 mm
- the shelf life of the material to be applied is 30 minutes
- when using the burner near a hardened product, use an approved breathing apparatus. Do not direct fire at the material

Storage

Leave in closed containers in a dry and cool room at a temperature of 8 to 28 ºC. The optimum temperature is in the range of 8 - 13 ºC.
