LOXEAL 24-18 threadlocker 50 ml is a single-component, thixotropic anaerobic adhesive designed to secure metal threads against self-loosening, leakage and corrosion. It cures in the absence of air in the gap between two metal surfaces, forming an elastic, leak-tight bond that still allows later disassembly of the fastener under moderate loads.

No, the product is not recommended for plastic parts, especially thermoplastics, because it may cause stress cracking and poor adhesion. It is designed for metal-to-metal joints.
How can curing be accelerated?
Curing speed can be increased by using Activator 11 according to the manufacturer’s instructions, but preliminary tests on the actual parts are always recommended.
