Molykote 1000 is an advanced high-temperature grease that is widely used in various industries, such as automotive, aerospace, chemical, energy and heavy equipment. This product is based on a high-quality mineral base oil that provides excellent lubrication, and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) that forms a protective film on metal surfaces, reducing friction and wear. Molykote 1000 has a medium viscosity which makes it easy to apply and stays on surfaces for long lasting lubrication. It shows good resistance to many chemicals, which allows it to be used in industrial environments exposed to aggressive substances. Thanks to its formula based on high-quality ingredients, Molykote 1000 provides long-term lubrication and protection, which helps to reduce maintenance costs and extend the life of mechanical components. The product is considered safe under normal conditions of use, however, the manufacturer's recommendations for use, storage and disposal should always be followed.

  • Lighting: Avoid direct sunlight or strong lighting which may affect the stability of the lubricant.
  • Ventilation: Provide proper ventilation in the warehouse to avoid the accumulation of fumes that can be harmful to the health of employees or the environment.
  • Containers: Store Molykote 1000 in its original sealed packaging to prevent contamination and loss of product properties.
  • Set up packages: Store packages in an upright position to avoid lubricant leakage and preserve product properties.
  • Marking and labeling: Ensure packages are properly marked and labeled to avoid confusion and material incompatibility risks.
