Molykote P-74

Molykote P-74 is a high-performance metal-free assembly paste designed for anti-seize and heavy-duty lubrication applications. This paste is ideal for assembly and lubrication of various threaded connections and other mechanical elements where high wear resistance and corrosion protection are required.

Application

Assembly and lubrication of threaded connections such as screws, nuts, pins and sliding elements
Lubrication of sliding bearings, linear guides, splined shafts and press-fit connections
Protection against seizure and corrosion of mechanical elements operating under difficult conditions
Ideal for use on exhaust screws, spark plug threads, flanges and flange gaskets, door hinges and brake mechanisms

Storage and use recommendations

Store in original, tightly closed container, at a temperature below 20°C
Shelf life is 60 months from production date
Before use, clean metal surfaces of dirt and apply the paste manually, using a gun or central lubrication system
Avoid mixing with other lubricants to ensure optimal performance
