Description
Molykote P-37 is a pure anti-seize paste designed for threaded connections and joints. It is a semi-synthetic product, developed on the basis of calcium carbonate, containing solid lubricating particles. It does not contain lead, nickel, chlorine and fluorine. It works in conditions of particularly extreme temperatures and loads.
Properties:
- High resistance to extreme temperatures (from -40°C to +1400°C)
- Exceptional pressure and load resistance
- Protection against corrosion and abrasion
- High surface adhesion
- Resistant to water, oils and solvents
- Contains no heavy metals or sulfur, which reduces the risk of corrosion
- Helps proper seating of threads and connectors
- Long lubrication life
Applications:
- Bolt and nut threads, especially at high temperatures
- Joints and movable connections in industry, such as valves, pins, levers
- Lubrication of bolts and nuts in turbines, engines and boilers
- Fastening elements and connectors used in the shipbuilding, chemical or energy industries
- Assembly and disassembly of elements in high temperatures and harsh working conditions
- Threads and connectors used in the ceramic and glass industry
Storage method:
Molykote P 37 should be stored in its original, closed packaging, in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact, wash with water and soap.
