019 silicone filler is a two-component condensing mixture, created especially for effective encapsulation of electrical and electronic systems. It is exceptionally smooth during dosing, ensuring not only comfort of use, but also elegance, combining harmoniously with various modules.
Properties:
- 019 pour has a fluidity with a viscosity of 45,000 cP at 25°C, ensuring easy dosing and uniform pouring.
- After hardening at room temperature, it reaches a hardness of 58 on the Shore scale, which guarantees the stability of the structure even when heated.
- The filler has a specific shear resistance of 1×10^12 Qxcm and a specific surface resistivity of 1×10^13 Q, which ensures protection of electronic circuits in various conditions.
- Easy to prepare and use, it only requires appropriate weighing of the ingredients - brine and catalyst. The process of preparing the system for pouring is simple, taking into account safety rules and precise manufacturer's instructions.
