037 silicone filler is a solution in the process of encapsulation and insulation of electronic and telecommunications systems. It is a two-component, transparent cross-linking resin in an addition system, which has protective and protective properties for electronic components.
Properties:
- Enables accurate inspection of components during application.
- High electrical insulation after curing, with a hardness of 12 Shore [A].
- High volume resistivity (1.8×10^14 Ωxcm), dielectric strength (11.0 kV/mm), resistance to creeping currents (600V).
- Ideal for LED applications and other systems exposed to UV light.
- Perfect for automotive electronics, motion control, LED applications and more.
