Application instructions

Surface preparation:
The glued surfaces should be clean, dry and degreased. It is recommended to use WEICON Surface Cleaner and to slightly roughen the surface to increase adhesion.

Gluing process:
1. Mix the adhesive thoroughly in a 1:1 ratio before use.
2. Apply a thin layer to both surfaces.
3. Join the elements within 3-4 minutes.
4. Leave to pre-cure for 40 minutes.
5. The adhesive reaches full strength after 24 hours.

Storage and maintenance

To ensure the long durability and effectiveness of Fast-Metal Minute Adhesive, the following recommendations should be followed:

• Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C
• Protect from frost and direct sunlight
• Store in the original, tightly closed container package
• Avoid contact with moisture before use
• Shelf life of the product in an unopened package is 18 months
