WEICON Anti-Seize High-Tech 1 kg – metal-free assembly paste
WEICON Anti-Seize High-Tech is a white metal-free assembly paste designed to protect highly loaded connections against corrosion, seizing and so-called cold welding. Its separating properties facilitate the subsequent dismantling of threaded and fitted connections, including components exposed to high temperatures.
Applications of WEICON Anti-Seize High-Tech
The product is particularly useful where metal-containing pastes could cause undesirable electrolytic reactions. It can be used, among other applications, during the assembly of screws, nuts, fitted connections and components made from high-alloy and stainless steels.
Before application, clean and degrease the surfaces. Apply a thin layer of paste over the entire mating surface. For screws, the manufacturer recommends coating the thread root and the underside of the screw head.

Storage
Store tightly closed in the original packaging and protect from direct sunlight. Storage temperature must not exceed +50°C. Keep the container in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place. The minimum storage period at room temperature is 24 months.
Safety
The product causes skin irritation and serious eye damage. Appropriate protective gloves and eye or face protection should be worn during use, and the current safety data sheet should be followed.
When Anti-Seize is used on chromium-nickel steel at temperatures above 400°C, chromium(VI) may form. Such use requires an appropriate risk assessment and compliance with the manufacturer's safety recommendations.
