By using primary amines, there is no risk of creating carcinogenic N-nitrosamines. Moreover, ZUBORA 65 H Ultra contains inhibitors that block the formation of nitrosamines, i.e. if secondary amines and nitrites appear (e.g. as a result of precipitation of foreign compounds), stable, carcinogenic N-nitrosamines cannot be formed. Exceeding the nitrite limits according to TRGS 611 does not require partial or complete replacement of the emulsion.

APPLICATION
Thanks to the use of highly effective EP additives, Zubora 65 H Ultra is designed for the most difficult machining processes. The product is suitable for machining high-alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum, as well as aluminum alloys: AL 2024 and 7075. Thanks to the special formula of protective additives, Zubora 65 H Ultra is stable for a long time. The EP additive package significantly extends tool life and enables machining at high cutting speeds. Thanks to this, high process safety is ensured even during the most difficult procedures. This advantage guarantees high work flexibility for various machining processes, mainly in central systems and work centers.
The working concentration depends on the difficulty of the operation and the material being processed.
Recommended hardness of water used:
> 12 °dH
WORKING CONCENTRATION
drilling / milling - about 5%
reaming / cutting - about 10%
STORAGE
Recommended storage temperature: from +5°C to max. +40°C.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The product has been dermatologically tested. Epicutan skin tests confirm no harmful effects on human skin. At your request, we can provide such a certificate.
Zubora coolants and demulsifying oils for guides and sliding surfaces Divinol T 3 EP ISO 32 / Divinol T 6 EP ISO 68 / Divinol T 8 EP ISO 100 / Divinol T 12 EP ISO 220 are optimally matched to each other. The combined use shows excellent demulsifying behavior, i.e. the mixtures of emulsion and oil from the guides separate quickly, thus eliminating the phenomenon of black deposits in the machine's guide components.
If there are increased requirements for anti-corrosion protection, e.g. for external transport, we also recommend anti-corrosion agents containing hydrocarbons (water-displacing liquids: Multicor DW). They are optimally adapted to our water-miscible coolants.
