COOLANT PROPERTIES

Through the use of primary amines, there is no risk of carcinogenic N-nitrosamines. In addition, ZUBORA 20 H Extra contains inhibitors that block the formation of nitrosamines, i.e. if secondary amines and nitrites appear (e.g. as a result of precipitation of foreign compounds), stable, carcinogenic N-nitrosamines will not be able to be formed. Exceeding the limit values of nitrite according to TRGS 611 does not require partial or complete replacement of the emulsion.

USE
Thanks to the use of highly effective polar additives, AW Zubora 20 H Extra FF has a wide range of applications for the most demanding processes, both in steel and aluminum machining.
This product is perfect even for high-strength aluminum alloys with a high silicon content. Even difficult machining operations such as drilling deep holes, reaping, thread forming, etc. can be carried out without any problems. When machining aluminum alloys, very good surface properties are achieved.
Recommended hardness of water used:
12 to 24 °dH
OPERATING CONCENTRATION
difficult machining operations (e.g. reaping) - 8 – 10 %
medium machining operations (e.g. drilling, milling, turning - 5 – 7 %
STORAGE
Recommended storage temperature: from +5°C to max. +40°C.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The product works perfectly with deemulsifying oils for Divinol T guides.
If you need to increase corrosion protection, we recommend Zeller & Gmelin anti-corrosion agents.
