Description

Syntheso GLEP 1 is an innovative lubricant specially developed for the assembly and lubrication of elastomers, including EPDM materials and plastics. is a reliable lubricant that facilitates installation and provides effective lubrication, especially in applications with EPDM elastomers. It is an excellent choice in braking systems of motor vehicles and other places where protection of flexible elements and extension of their service life is required.

Properties:

Suitable for a wide range of applications while maintaining approximately neutral properties towards elastomers and plastics.
Reduces friction and wear, which contributes to an extended service life.
It has good adhesion and resistance to water.
Has a wide operating temperature range.

Application:

Ideal for lubricating sliding associations such as metal-metal, elastomer-metal, plastic-metal, and plastic-plastic.
Preferred in the automotive industry as an assembly grease for plain bearings, especially in braking and clutch systems operating in contact with DOT 3, 4 and 5.1 brake fluids.

How to use:

Syntheso GLEP 1 can be applied with a brush, spatula or grease gun, as well as using central lubrication installations.
Before use with aluminum or aluminum alloys under dynamic load, it is recommended to carry out an appropriate wear test.
Due to the variety of elastomers and plastics used, it is recommended to carry out mutual tolerance tests before serial use.
