Description

Kluberplus S 06-100 is a water-soluble gel that facilitates the installation of elastomeric elements. The product is environmentally friendly and safe to use, making it an ideal choice for various industrial applications.

Properties:

Effectively reduces assembly costs and time by minimizing the forces needed for assembly and reducing the number of rejects.
It is non-flammable, water-based, does not contain solvents, mineral oils or silicones, which is beneficial for the environment.
Makes the assembly process easier thanks to a temporary high lubricity effect that disappears after the water evaporates, allowing the elements to be properly positioned.

Application:

Ideal for joining and assembling flexible materials such as brake, refrigeration and petrol lines), self-sealing rings, profile gaskets and exhaust system elements.
Perfect for applications where precise and easy installation of elastomers is required.

How to use:

The gel is ready to use and can be applied with a brush, sponge or applicator, as well as by immersion.
The product has good stability and does not require mixing before use.
If necessary, you can dilute the gel with water, but all diluted product should be used immediately.
After use, the gel offers temporary protection against corrosion and rust until the water evaporates.
