Kluber Unisilkon GLK 112 is a unique lubricant that provides smoothing and protection in a variety of industrial applications, allowing components to operate smoothly even at low temperatures, and offering resistance to extreme heat. Based on silicone oil and special lithium soap, this product is perfect for applications where friction reduction and weather protection are necessary.
Properties:
- The grease retains its properties at low temperatures, also offering a wide range of operating temperatures.
- Works well with various elastomers and plastics except those based on silicone rubber.
- The product is white in color, which may be important in some applications.
Application:
- Ideal for lubricating components where friction occurs, such as rubber/metal, plastic/metal or plastic/plastic.
- Used in sliding guides, seals, Bowden cables, offering comprehensive protection and lubrication.
How to use:
- Grease can be applied by various methods, such as trowel, brush or grease gun.
- For better adhesion and results, it is recommended to clean contact/friction products of existing oil or grease before application.
- Before widespread use, it is recommended to check the grease's compatibility with various materials, especially elastomers and plastics.
