Kluber Unisilikon L 641 is a unique grease with a wide range of applications in the sanitary, heating and beverage production industries. This product is characterized by excellent properties that ensure efficient lubrication and protection against the influence of various substances, such as beer, milk, fruit juices and disinfectants. Thanks to its versatility, this grease is NSF-H1 registered and meets FDA standards, which makes it suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Therefore, by using Unisilikon L 641, you gain operational certainty and efficiency in the production process. However, additional risk analysis is always recommended to tailor its use to your specific production needs.

- Very good resistance to water and steam.
- High thermal stability.
- Good sealing ability.
- Neutrality towards metals, many elastomers and plastics.

- Tested according to BWGL-KTW (UBA guidelines), WRAS, ACS and NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 standards as well as DIN-DVGW test certificate according to DIN EN 377, class E (up to 160 °C) as a lubricant for use in liquid gas devices and drives.
Application:
- Unisilikon L 641 is used as a sealing and assembly agent for seals and bands in contact with water or steam in various areas, such as home installations (ball valves, thermostatic valves), single-lever faucets, two-hand faucets, thermostats, heating installations , water hydraulics and many others.
How to use:
- Unisilikon L 641 is neutral towards most metals, thermoplastics and elastomers, but it is recommended to check the compatibility of the lubricant with specific materials before serial use.
- The grease can be applied using a spatula, brush, standard grease application equipment or by pad printing.
