Description

Kluber Unisilkon L 50/2 is a unique high-temperature grease, carefully developed to meet the requirements of the wood, textile and paper industries. It is based on specially selected raw materials, such as silicone oil and PTFE solid lubricants, which guarantees effective and long-lasting lubrication even at extremely high temperatures.

Properties:

Composed of unique raw materials, which ensures long-lasting lubrication even at high temperatures.
Reduces wear thanks to good pressure absorption capacity, increasing component availability.
Multifunctional thanks to good compatibility with aqueous solutions.
Resistant to hot and cold water and steam, but not resistant to many organic solvents, strong acids and alkali solutions.

Application:

Optimal for use in the wood, textile and paper industries, especially in rolling bearings exposed to high temperatures.
Effective in plain bearing applications in metal and plastic combinations and as an assembly aid for rubber parts such as seals.

How to use:

The product is neutral towards most metals, thermoplastics and elastomers, however, due to the diversity of elastomer and plastic compositions, it is recommended to check their compatibility before using it on a larger scale.
Can be applied using a spatula, brush, standard dosing devices or pad printing.
